Problem Solving and Adaptability
- While new hires were given company-wide info, I created individual provider packets for incoming LPNs and MAs that I trained for Internal Medicine.
- After student complaints of expensive textbooks, I instituted the first, “Free Textbook,” Western Civilization course for TCC Portsmouth, working with students to create a zero-cost book for themselves and future classes.
- In the summer of 2018, I was part of a two-person team to develop the first 8 week online and textbook free U.S. History Course for TCC Portsmouth.
